Production Stages, Timing and Terms of Payment

Press-proof:

7 days after receiving original

Revised Press-proof(if required):

7 days

Printing and finishing:

7 days to 30 days depending on size of printing job, e.g. 120 pages, A4 size, 4 colors x 4 colors, perfect binding, 20,000 copies will take 3 weeks.

Delivery:

30 to 40 days by sea freight or 4 to 6 days by
air freight

Original:

Digital file in CD, ZIP, Jazz, Syquest, 3.5" diskettes, slides
and positive film

Payment term:

(a)	100% by irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight to cover a period of 6 months.

(b)	30% deposit and another 70% final payment before delivery by bank transfer to our account.

(c)	50% deposit and another 50% by a credit term of Document against Payment (DP) if your credit is approved by a verification through your business records.
